Kurdish Hakkari Kilim Southeastern Anatolia.  Circa 1900 Wool.  5'4"x 7.' Slit tapestry.  This unusual Hakkari kilim is a very sturdy piece in excellent condition.  Among Anatolian  weavings, these so-called "Van" kilims are perhaps the easiest sizes to use, and most practical. This piece is complete with it's interlaced band end finishes.
